Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30 days money back gurantee with our hosting plans. In case the customer chooses to cancel the hosting services availed within 30 days of purchase, the amount will be fully refunded via bank transfer within 10 to 15 working days of receiving the cancellation confirmation.

For cancellation of any other services, products or solutions purchased from Techno Developers Group, the policy will be defined as per the work order and/or as per the mutually agreed upon terms in the agreement prepared for each project prior to initiation.

No refund or cancellaton is entitled for domain purchases.
