IMPORTANT: Scheduled Server Downtime Notice for Server Relocation on 20th & 21st September 2025

Greetings from TechnoDG...

We would like to inform you of an important upcoming downtime of your online systems, applications and websites on the TechnoDG Linux Servers due to the migration of the base server  machines from the existing datacenter to a new datacenter. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure performance and security, we will be moving the base Hyper-V server machines from the current facility to a newly upgraded datacenter facility situated a few kilimeters away.

This migration will involve the physical relocation of our base server machines and all the associated data. This migration is planned as the upcoming weekend also coincides with the Mahalaya holiday; we expect a minimal impact on the business processes and users/visitors.

# Migration Timeframe and Details :

Date and Time :  20th September-2025 | 07:00 PM To 21st September-2025 | 10:00 AM
Migration Downtime (Physical Migration) :  12-15 hours

# Proposed Migration Plan :

1. At 07:00 PM IST - 20th Sept 2025, the processes on the server will be stopped and automated backups will be initiated.
2. At 10:00 PM IST - 20th Sept 2025, once the backups are complete the servers will be shut down.
3. DataCenter Team will then initiate the physical relocation of the base server machines.
4. By 10:00 AM IST - 21st Sept 2025, the servers are expected to be up and online.
5. If any deviation occurs, we’ll update on our Announcement Page.

Our team will make every effort to ensure a smooth and seamless transition with as minimal downtime of the online systems. However, as this is a physical migration, we kindly request you to plan your processes or online schedules/activities/updates accordingly and take a complete backup of your data/reports at your end as a precautionary measure.
